SPARE PARTS
GLOBAL ACCURACY AND REPEATABILITY
The world has moved on from one off bespoke tool construction. At Adept, our accuracy and repeatability enables the production of replacement parts for any tool we have constructed. Even if your tool is running 20,000 kms away in another part of the globe we can simply manufacture the required item, create inspection documentation and ship it. Spare parts can also be constructed during the initial build to ensure little or no production downtime. Following insertion of the spare part, new items can be ordered to replenish.

Our 5 axis Makino CNC machines are ideal for even the most complex of component machining. The Makino D300 with 12 station pallet system is ideal for complex long run part machining that requires high accuracy and repeatability. We are never scared of a challenge and take pride in solving the most complex of challenges. Small to medium high accuracy components are our specialty however our different size machine envelopes enables a diverse range of options.
INSPECTION DOCUMENTATION
With ISO 9001 as our base line certification and ISO 13485 held by our sister company Adept Medical, we can offer a range of published documentation. If its steel inspection documentation or product verification, we have it covered. We employ a variety of inspection tools from manual CMM to on machine validation through to fully automated visual inspection.
